Dr. Soumya Pal

Economist & Public Policy Specialist

Dr. Soumya Pal is an economist and public policy researcher with expertise in econometrics, labour economics, and data analysis. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from IIM Bangalore. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Economics at IFMR Graduate School of Business, Krea University, and a Fellow at the Global Labour Organisation. His research spans employment, population dynamics, and development policy, informed by prior experience at IIM Bangalore and strong quantitative training.
